How does it work?
The portrait is drawn based on a photo that you upload during checkout and is printed on an ceramic mug.
How can I upload the photo that the portrait will be based on?
You can upload it during checkout. You are only allowed to upload 1 picture of 1 person. The photo needs to be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format and has to be smaller than 2 MB.
How long does it take before I receive my tote bag?
The ceramic mug will be designed and shipped within 5 days after you complete your order. How long it takes to get to you depends on where you are, but will normally take about 1-2 weeks. If you’re in a rush, please contact me.
What if I want you to use specific colors, or other details?
The portrait is drawn with a minimalist background of flowers or branches. If you’d rather not have such a background displayed, or if you have any specific requests, please mention them in the ‘Order notes’ section during checkout, or contact me beforehand!
What if I don’t like my tote bag?
The tote bags are custom-made and are non-refundable. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
